What Is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a goal-oriented and forward-focused support process. It focuses on helping individuals gain clarity, set meaningful goals, and take practical steps toward personal, professional, or lifestyle development.
Life coaching does not focus on mental health treatment, diagnosis, or past psychological difficulties. Instead, it works with people who are functioning well and seeking growth, direction, or change.
