 Culturally Responsive Care

We provide culturally responsive care that recognises how culture, migration history and family values shape emotional experiences and help-seeking behaviours.

Clinical & Integrative Practice

Our therapists work within clear professional boundaries, drawing on evidence-based therapeutic frameworks.

Approaches are adapted collaboratively to support each client’s needs while maintaining ethical and professional standards.

Confidentiality

We prioritize your privacy and ensure that all sessions are confidential, creating a safe space where you can express yourself freely without judgment.

How Our Counselling Process Works

We understand that seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and we are here to make the process as comfortable and welcoming as possible.

  1. Free Consultation Call

An initial consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your concerns, understand our approach, and assess suitability for counselling.

Where appropriate, we will support you in being matched with a practitioner who best meets your needs.

2. Assessment & Early Sessions

Early sessions focus on understanding your current concerns, personal history, relationships and goals for counselling.

3. Collaborative Support Planning

Based on assessment, your therapist will work collaboratively with you to clarify goals and agree on a structured support plan.
