We work respectfully and ethically alongside other professionals to support individuals, couples, and families within appropriate scopes of care.

Who We Accept Referrals From
We accept referrals from:

Community organisations

Support coordinators and care providers
Referrals may be made for individuals, couples, or families.
Areas We Commonly Support
Referrals may be appropriate for clients seeking support with:

Emotional distress and regulation

Relationship and family concerns

Life transitions and adjustment

Multicultural or migration-related experiences

Bilingual or culturally responsive counselling
What We Do Not Provide
MindMetta does not provide:

Crisis or emergency mental health services

Psychiatric diagnosis or assessment

Acute risk or after-hours crisis intervention
Where needs fall outside our scope, we will support appropriate referral pathways.
How Referrals Work
Referrals can be made via email or through our website enquiry form.
