MindMetta welcomes professional referrals and collaborative partnerships with health, education, and community-based organisations.

We work respectfully and ethically alongside other professionals to support individuals, couples, and families within appropriate scopes of care.

Online Tutoring

 

Who We Accept Referrals From 

We accept referrals from:

  • General Practitioners (GPs)

  • Allied health professionals

  • Schools and educational settings

  • Community organisations

  • Support coordinators and care providers

Referrals may be made for individuals, couples, or families.

Areas We Commonly Support

Referrals may be appropriate for clients seeking support with:

  • Emotional distress and regulation

  • Relationship and family concerns

  • Life transitions and adjustment

  • Multicultural or migration-related experiences

  • Bilingual or culturally responsive counselling

 

What We Do Not Provide 

MindMetta does not provide:

  • Crisis or emergency mental health services

  • Psychiatric diagnosis or assessment

  • Acute risk or after-hours crisis intervention

Where needs fall outside our scope, we will support appropriate referral pathways.

How Referrals Work

Referrals can be made via email or through our website enquiry form.
Please include:

  • Client’s presenting concerns

  • Any relevant background information

  • Language preferences (if applicable)

  • Urgency or timing considerations

With client consent, we are open to collaborative communication with referrers where appropriate.
