Our Scope of Practice
MindMetta provides professional counselling and psychotherapy services delivered by qualified psychotherapists and counsellors.
Our work focuses on emotional wellbeing, relational health, and psychological support within ethical and evidence-informed frameworks.
We also offer non-clinical, program-based wellbeing supports and coaching services, which are provided separately from counselling and psychotherapy.
All services at MindMetta are delivered within clearly defined professional roles, training backgrounds, and scopes of practice.

What We Provide

Coaching services do not involve mental health diagnosis or treatment
Each service type is offered independently and matched according to suitability.
What We Do Not Provide
MindMetta does not provide:

Crisis intervention or emergency mental health services

Psychiatric assessment or diagnosis

After-hours or on-call crisis support

Acute risk management or hospital-based services
If you are experiencing immediate risk to yourself or others, please contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service.
Professional Boundaries
All practitioners working with MindMetta:

Work within their individual professional training and ethical frameworks

Maintain clear boundaries between clinical and non-clinical services

Do not provide services outside their scope of practice
If a client’s needs fall outside what we can safely or appropriately provide, we will discuss suitable referral options with care and transparency.
NDIS-Related Clarification
MindMetta is not currently a registered NDIS provider.
Some practitioners affiliated with MindMetta may hold individual NDIS provider status and deliver NDIS-funded supports in their independent capacity, subject to participant funding type and separate service agreements.
NDIS-funded supports, where applicable:

Are delivered independently by individual practitioners

Are governed by separate service agreements

Are not provided, managed, or invoiced by MindMetta as an organisation
