Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Programs

MindMetta offers mindfulness-based wellbeing programs designed to support emotional awareness, stress management and self-regulation through structured, non-clinical practices.

These programs are educational and experiential in nature and are offered separately from counselling and psychotherapy services.

Develop greater awareness of thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations

Learn practical strategies for managing stress and emotional reactivity

Cultivate present-moment attention and self-reflection

Stand-alone workshops

Guided mindfulness or awareness practices
