These collaborations are designed to support emotional awareness, wellbeing education, reflective learning, and structured community support through clearly defined non-clinical and partnership-based programs.

All collaborations operate within distinct professional, ethical, governance, and delivery boundaries.

Our Collaboration Approach

 

MindMetta’s collaboration initiatives aim to:

  • Provide structured and ethically bounded wellbeing initiatives

  • Encourage collaborative and sustainable models of community support

  • Collaborative programs are educational and wellbeing-focused in nature and operate separately from counselling and psychotherapy services.

Emotional Regulation & Focus Program

In collaboration with Bingo Education

This collaboration program provides educational, non-clinical support for children and families within the Bingo Education setting, alongside MindMetta’s counselling and psychotherapy services.

The program is designed to complement — not replace — clinical services.

Program Components

Children’s Group Sessions

Structured, age-appropriate group sessions using games and learning-based activities to support emotional regulation and focus in a predictable, supportive environment.

Parent & Family Education

Educational sessions supporting parents to understand emotional regulation, learning-related stress, and practical strategies for supporting children at home.

Professional Boundaries

 

Collaboration Programs at MindMetta:

  • This program is not counselling, psychotherapy, or clinical treatment

  • There is no shared diagnosis or clinical responsibility

  • All clinical services remain under MindMetta’s sole professional governance

 

Our Purpose 

The purpose of our Collaboration Programs is to:

  • Support children’s emotional regulation within structured learning environments

  • Enhance family understanding of stress, learning pressure, and communication

  • Promote emotional awareness and self-regulation through age-appropriate, educational approaches

  • Offer ethical, sustainable, and clearly bounded programs alongside clinical services

 

Current Collaboration

Bingo Education|Education Collaboration

                                 MindMetta collaborates with Bingo Education, an education provider specialising in chess-based cognitive development programs for children and young people.

This collaboration supports children and families in structured and performance-oriented learning environments, recognising that learning is influenced not only by cognitive skills, but also by emotional regulation, stress tolerance, and family context.
